Is Larry Page correct in stating that the patent attacks on Android show no signs of being effective?

This would be in reference to Microsoft targeting Android device manufacturers with patent lawsuits, usually resulting in a deal paying Microsoft an amount per device. Mr. Page seems to suggest this will be remembered when Windows Mobile needs support.

tynamite's avatar Samsung Galaxy Tab is banned in Europe, due to Samsung losing a lawsuit to Apple. It was banned in Australia too. I walked into Carphone Warehouse, and I couldn't find it.

Considering that the iPad is Apple's best selling product, and has higher revenues than Microsoft, and is the most profitable portable consumer electronics company, beating Samsung, Sony, and Philips; it's effective, don't you think?

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
