What is the reason for continuing to keep user-deleted Facebook images on FB servers?

Article: Over 3 years later, "deleted" Facebook photos are still online

It seems common sense to have a program that reads the requested image removal requests and actually removes them from the servers. Am I missing something? Is this an oversight on their part?

Did you know that the Facebook TOS, is longer than the Declaration of Independence?

Did you also know that all content you submit to Facebook, you provide an irrevokable license for them to use it in any form for any purpose, while you still hold the copyright?
You waive your licensing rights to your content to Facebook, upon joining the website; yet you still own the copyright.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
