tynamite's avatar Unless you are dumb enough to overdose yourself, caffeine is not having major side effects for you. So any decision to break a caffeine addiction, has to be your decision, as there aren't any serious downsides to you consuming it.

Emotions are relative.

Because of this, you were sluggish because you are less alert in comparison. You are normally at a plus, whereas we are normally at a zero. Your fall of -1, made you feel exactly how we would, if we fell to the minus.

The only difference, is that it's healthily acceptable for you to feel sluggish, as to go without caffeine, is normal. If we felt sluggish, it would instead mean that something is drastically bad with our health. Your -1 is acceptable, because you fell to a 0.

Me personally, I wouldn't want to be addicted to cash crops like sugar and caffeine, as I don't want to be addicted to 1, wasting my money, because I want to be happy at 0.

This is a decision that only you can make, as there are virtually no health risks to coffee, so nobody is going to make this decision for you, except for yourself. You're not at danger here.

Now it's time for you to make up your mind and decide.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
