tynamite's avatar To have a high traffic website, you would need 10K uniques a month.
For a high converting mailing list, you would need 10K subscribers within a demographic.

Sadly, without high traffic, you aren't going to make conversions.
1-3 out of every 1000 targeted visitors should part with their cash, leaving a conversion rate of 0.1% up to 0.3%. That is after a clickthrough rate of 0.01%-0.03%.

I know some people who are doing affiliate marketing and are successful at it, and they stay away from Amazon Associates due to its low 4% commission. They're making $80 a day. I was asked to join them and I can't be bothered because it's work, but maybe I will. Clever affiliate marketers only use affiliate networks for their "offers".

There are 4 dark arts of the internet. SEO, affiliate marketing, hacking, and javascript. They are mysteries that are shrouded in secrecy. Try to learn it and see what happens.

(Try to research it online, and see how the affiliate marketing experts don't want to give away their money making secrets. Wikipedia won't help you. These are the unethical people that can cheat Google search results and borrow domain names.)

If you have money to advertise a website, setup a white label store with Associate O Matic that lets you use your Associates ID to sell Amazon stuff, in a store that looks like it's your store and that you're stocking all the inventory when you're not. At 4% commission, it'll be tough, but if you're clever, you'll know how to use affiliate marketing to your advantage to help you get sales (hint hint). ;)

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
