If the Quora Community topic category "limits distribution," does it also render the question less visible to followers of the other topic categories it's tagged with?

How does that work? Someone has asked a Quora administrator to answer this in the question comments under the following question but, as of yet, it has not been answered. Anonymity: How do you feel about this Gawker post by Adrian Chen, Unmasking Reddit’s Violentacrez, The Biggest Troll on the Web?

Last time I checked, questions in new topics still appear in my Feed as soon as they are created, despite also being tagged with Quora Community, even though I don't follow that additional topic. Weird innit?

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
