Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
If you're constantly gawking at her office attire, or making jokes about women being sensitive/soppy/panzy, telling her to calm down, acting like she's on her pmt's, touching her back for no reason, making her a means to an end - that is treating her as a new species, giving that dreaded reptilian stare or brushing her off or trivialising her plight or transforming her assumed identity or excluding her, that is bad.
If you can be genuine enough to understand that her emotions, hopes, dreams, concerns and fears have merits, then that is good.
