Yes, because nowadays Mac applications are made to work with Intel processors. If they can work with Intel, then it wouldn't be too hard for libraries to be written for Windows to install, that would make Mac applications work. The only thing I think wouldn't be supported, would be Spotlight intregation due to the special file system required for that.
Could all Mac Apps be ported to other Platforms like Windows, Linux using Cocotron?
