Sure, it "gives an unfair advantage" to one person by definition, but if cheating was okay and everyone did it, wouldn't it even out the playing field?

Africa being robbed of its riches after slavery was abolished, by it being colonised by Europe and America is a form of cheating, and is that right?
Africa and India are impoverished today due to cheating due to corruption from their own government and businesses, and exploitation from other countries. Is that right?
