Why is uninstalling applications on the Mac so hard?
On Windows, it's easy. I go to programs > uninstall
On the Mac, there is no place to uninstall. (Dragging the app to the trashcan only works when there is no installer for the app. Half of my apps can't simply be "dragged" to the trashcan)

You drag the application to the trash, and that's it. Applications that hook themselves into the shell like Dropbox can be uninstalled from the Applications folder or System Preferences.
