How can you get justice against rookie American cops that have nothing better to do than to harass the public?

When a rookie American cop is so fresh and green, and stinks of the black and white rigidity of ex-military, and has a chip on his shoulder, and wastes tax dollars for unlawful sign posting when there are 1000 signs in a 1 block radius, and probably 100 coke heads in a 1 block radius, how can you get justice against the sheer black and white blinders that this cop has?

tynamite's avatar American police would be happy to let you know that filming them is illegal because of wiretapping, but if you truly understand the law good enough, you'll be able to get off in court with a good argument. The law isn't what they say it is. There are loopholes.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
