What is your music setup at home?

Just a fun question because I was curious.

The past few years as I finished college I just had my laptop connected to a small home stereo. I streamed free music from Pandora and 8tracks.

But what about you?

Do you have a home entertainment system with a CD collection? Do you just plug in an iPod to a small speaker set? Or do you have a more elaborate setup that has some fun stories behind how you accumulated the specific components.

Please share what you got. Pics appreciated but otherwise just tell us.

tynamite's avatar When I lived in Coventry I used Home Mix speakers combined with Harmon Kardon speakers that were good at the high range.

Nowadays I use Skullcandy Lowrider Navy Headphones with a built in microphone. Before that I used Philips On Ear black headphones. I never want to use Sony headphones again.

My headphones really capture the low and high end frequencies well like sub bass and drums and hihats, whereas my brother's Logitech speakers sound really good and don't take anything away from songs, yet they not suitable for music production as they don't cost hundreds of pounds, and make every song sound chilled out like we're in Ibiza.

Update

I use Skullcandy Knockout and Skullcandy Barricade XL

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
