What does your answer Quora pie graph look like?

Mohan S Nayaka has written a fascinating new tool for users that allows you to produce a pie graph of your major answer sectors. Now you can visualize your obsession! Follow these instructions to see how to check what your pie graph looks like.

I wrote http://quorastuff.appspot.com/Ge...
so that users can see their own pie charts. Just put in your (or anyone else's) profile URL and you get a pie chart where clicking on a slice takes you to answers in that topic. It also gets your profile pic.

Your profile URL is the link that takes users to your homepage when they click on your user name. The link is also accessible you select "profile" from the dropdown menu that appears on clicking your username on the toolbar at top right of any page on Quora (while you're logged in).

For example, Himel Sarkar's pie chart is:

himel sarkar pie chart

Click 'Get Chart Image' and then 'Save Image' to get a png image of your pie chart. This functionality was kindly provided by Giordon Stark.

Notes
- Chart results currently only reflect activity from topics you follow. So, if you have many answers in topic X but you don't follow it, then your chart will not reflect those answers.
- It also does not include activity from your blog posts, thus, it does not necessarily reflect 100% of your activity on Quora.
- This is a cool experiment by a user (Mohan). it is not an official Quora tool and Mohan does not work for Quora. So, it may not reflect certain features what you may want/expect. However, if you are interested in discussing or contributing to it, then contact Mohan directly.
- See also http://quora-pie-chart.herokuapp... by Giordon Stark. It has bar charts and direct URLs to your images.

tynamite
tynamite's avatar I am fascinated by society, having many bookmarks on the subject and in fact any subject spanned across various topics, how society affects people's behaviour, being a functionalist, and my functionalist approach entails me to make lots of assumptions and patterns about people's behaviour by creating models rather than to learn from certainties and by asking other people questions as if I was an interactionist (the complete opposite). I guess that life, assumptions, philosophy, social psychoplogy, interpersonal interaction, gender differences, society, sociology and self awarness plays into it. All my personal endeavours like creative writing, music production, tabletop game making, my humour, my personal experiences and web development seems to be put on the backburner. I'm going to be focusing on quality answers in the future to provide unique perspectives, rather than to answer silly frivolous questions like I did in the past.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
