What are some good ways to exercise in the office, knowing I don't have access to a shower?
I could take the time to change clothes, but doing a 45 minute run at lunch wouldn't work because I'd be too sweaty for my afternoon meetings.

If walk 2.5 miles to work, and 2.5 miles back, you would have got some sort of excersise, and can lose weight in a month.
