Why do children's tv websites redesign so frequently?

I just don't get it. They don't need to align their brand to match their new tv identity, as that's already on the previous design. The previous design isn't stagnant either as it's fresh. So why do they do it?

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
