Do British people like Americans accents as much as Americans seem to like British accents?

tynamite's avatar I'm British and I do not like American accents. Imagine someone talking into an empty metal can. That's what American people sounds like, a bit wrong. Yes something's a bit wrong with their voice. I have never heard anyone say all my life that they like American accents.

Update

People love my accent though. I was told that it gave sexually transmitted emotions. The boys and girls like it.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
