If you knew when your life was going to end would you live the time you have remaining differently?

lifeapath.me got me thinking. I'm (apparently) 50% through my life according to Dustin Curtis. Somehow seeing a (albeit estimated) date when your life will end along with a progress bar of how much has already passed makes you realise how quickly time passes. Would this give your life a whole new 'perspective' (the original name for the app which I preferred)?

I live my life with no regrets, knowing that I couldn't have been nicer than what I was, and that I couldn't have tried harder than what I have. I used to not do this, and I ended up making my life worse for myself regretting my actions all the time. Regret is one of the worst feelings, as you cannot change the past.

So for that reason I can die happy with no regrets. If my life turns out bad and there's nothing I could have done, too bad, that's life. What can I do about it?

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
