tynamite's avatar I was hit by a car that was going at 10mph on a dual carriageway. I couldn't run past both cars in 3 seconds. All that happened was that my shoe fell off. I had to go and pick it up again, and then I ran for the bus at the other side of the road, and caught the last bus to school on time. That was a good risk to make!

What was weird is that I experienced the slowest 3 seconds of my life. Time actually slowed down, and I could see the cars coming towards me at a slow rate, giving me more time to get away. Overall, good experience!

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
