Is there more emphasis on education in a conservative society town compared to a city?

I'm from Malaysia. And a stronge distinct notice I find is that people tend to be much more focused on education when they're outside the city in conservative towns. The City Lifestyle doesn't seem to focus on education from Primary to Secondary, only where they could make money like in Colleges. I'm looking for studies, articles, analysis' to support my point

There is an emphasis on education in places such as cities where people find high competition getting their desired careers, as well as towns which aren't much populated where jobs are scarce.
The size of the city or town isn't important. What is important is the level of competition for jobs, whether the job market is good or not.

It's all relative, as well as the same, if you think about it.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
