Think about how much that person's attitude changes, when he or she turns to be with someone else.

This is a hard one, because you'll really have to be really good at body language, to get this. To put it simply with a good analogy, you'll have to look at the fluid motion of that person, not their actions; looking at the invisible smoke in the room, that they manipulate when they move around.

Examples
If you find that the person exhibits a severe interest towards you, yet switches their attention drastically when conversing with peers whilst exhibiting significantly more affection to those people, your chances are that you're with a person who isn't genuine, who is using you.

If you want to find out whether someone you like, likes you as much as you like them; you would have to look for the switches within your decision making. For all they knows, you're good friends. You would have to look for the different attitudes that they exhibit, when confronted with two or more decisions when in your presence, and how they would compare if others were making those decisions.

It's stuff like that.

___
Warning: Do not trust this 100% for your decision making and judgements. Be open minded, and be sure to enter the deep end of exploration to find stuff out. Keep yourself grounded with a touch if ignorance regarding understanding others. Ask people questions!

Good question by the way! How can people read, the things that aren't there to see? (Damn! How come only I know how to see people my advanced ways? High social intelligence? Wow!)

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
