At what point does a multi-national corporation earn a seat at the G-70 or United Nations?
Multi-nationals like Apple, Google, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Wal-Mart, and many others hold a tremendous amount of financial power in our globalized world. They can make or break economies.
At what point do we give them a seat at the table? Are they not more critical international relations actors than the smaller nations of the world?

A TNC gets favourable support from Congress, once the government considers them a threat to their control on modern life, so the governments gives them far-reaching powers, in exchange for riches and corporate power.
Basically the management will get more filthy rich with more powers for market domination, at the exchange of not being able to resist government "regulation", hence hampering on their control to be able to stick their middle finger up to the government.
Both parties win, and you the citizen loses, most often the working class.
