Is your unconscious mind trying to work out your problems or handle trauma in your dreams that your mind can not deal with when you are awake?

If you dream a lot, does it mean that your mind doesn't get the freshness and strength it requires while otherwise in a healthy sleep? If yes, what can/should be done to make the sleep better and make the mind feel fresh?

tynamite's avatar Dreaming lots means you have a vivid imagination which is good, and that you are thinking of lots of things in life at a certain time of the day.

Dreaming does not rid you of your freshness when you wake up in the morning. If you think this way, you should think about getting more sleep, so you would wake up refreshed. It looks you need to set yourself a time every day of which you go to bed at.

PS. Talking during your sleep means anxiousness, as our long-running concerns in life, have ways of seeping their way into our subconscious and our dreams. Look into the meanings of what is going on in your life, what you have to endure and overcome, and what is stopping you from doing the things you want to.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
