What would you say to console a human trafficking victim? I need to support someone with this type of past and I’m more of a solution-oriented person.

Turns out I'm pretty bad at this.

Suppose a former human trafficking victim (From Asia to US) suddenly called you and told that she needs some people to listen to her feelings. Also she mentions that she has been sexually violated before and does not trust people. Why on earth she asked me to listen, that's beyond my understanding. And i'm more of a solution oriented person. If anyone would like to leave some good words, please do.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
