Let me clarify that I am not asking this for the purposes of getting rich. Just curiosity.

To become rich without being intelligent, you need to have the right connections. There's a saying, it's not what you know, it's who you know. A perfect example of this is the music industry. Rappers like Dizzee Rascal who grew up on a council estate became rich and successful by living in Bow E3, London. Mark Ronson is from a privileged middle class background, but lets imagine hypothetically that he's not intelligent. He knew Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen before they were famous because they went to BRIT School together.

Nobody who is successful comes from nowhere. They either came from a poor background or are working class and were brought out of poverty by someone else, or they came from a priveleged background.

Now for a new topic. The reason why women aren't getting the successful jobs like scientists, or television credits, and why it's dominated by men, is because women don't need to rely on intelligence so much to get on in life. If a girl wants to associate herself in the good circles, let's say a dumb blonde, all she has to do is flash her body, and she can be friends with the wealthy people, or popular people. She doesn't even have to sleep with them.
