What body language do men or women use when they are flirting?

Do men or women use body language more than words when flirting? What are some obvious physical signs a man or woman is attracted to someone?

tynamite's avatar Guys don't use body language when flirting. The most they will do is smile. It's commonly known that a girl stroking her hair when talking to a guy is flirting, but it's so commonly known nowadays, that girls actively go out of their way to do it, just to make it obvious that they like them. There is no bona fide flirting action that men exhibit however.

You might see guys stand explicitly close to a girl, look at her in a certain way, and seek affirmation off her. These are not 100% sure fire ways of knowing if a guy is flirting. Many guys do that with their friends on the first day of becoming their friend.

Guys flirt with words, whereas girls flirt with actions.

If a guy talks to you differently than he talks to other girls, he's flirting; unless he's in a boring situation doing something monotonous so he don't just want to sit down and cotch.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
