Nothing. Why should I show appreciation when thanks are not public? People mostly thank to say they've read your answer, not that they like it. Would you normally express thanks to every question you read or answer? I don't think so.
What is the appropriate reciprocal action to a Quora Thank?
I have a few people who have thanked me for an answer. Typically, I feel a little indebted and would like to say "No worries" or "You're welcome". Normally I end up following them. What do you do?
