I was requested to do spoken answers in response to my question about whether they would make Quora fun.

Is there a correlation between following a person on Quora and following them in real life? The answer to that is no. Because for most of us, typically, we become friends with people, and have relationships with people, that share a number of traits with us. People say opposites attract. But people are more the same, than you might think.

The thing with knowledge, and topics that we follow, is that you don't get any better or likable as a person, for knowing something, than before you already knew it. But with having more similar traits, you would. So the answer is no.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
