Would it be helpful if users were prompted with a dialog box to select a reason when downvoting an answer on Quora?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)
An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.
Richer people have better health.
The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?
And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
By having good content.
And how will we be able to ensure that the content is authoritative and credible?
By putting the Flag feature back on Quora.
Why?
Because as the community on Quora changes, to include younger people (ie. teenagers) and people who aren't smart nerds, the meaning behind an upvote will change.
So how can we ensure that the quality of the question pages are kept the same, as more people join the website, who happen to be less intelligent?
By being able to critique answers with responses other than yes or why.
And how can that be done?
With the Flag feature.
And what would be the point of that?
So that answers are upvoted because they are relevant and substantial, and not just because someone likes it.
