Should Quora power users answer more questions anonymously?
I could be called a Quora power user (notice that I am posting the question anonymously) and I've noticed that sometimes my mediocre answers get up-voted above far more thoroughly written and higher quality answers by lesser known members.
And so... it seems "polite" to answer anonymously in some cases, unless I'm spending the time to write a high-quality answer. Is it fair that if one has a lot of avid followers, one's answer gets auto-upvoted?
P.S. Please use the "ask to answer" function to share this with "power users." I have but I ran out of credits.

All I know is that I'm popular here, have 275 followers, 2000 answers, and 41k credits.
Every time I answer or follow a question on Quora, I get 3-5 of my followers answering it.
This means that I have to write really good informative and clear answers, to compete with my followers who are going to answer it. I'm competing with the same people who are upvoting my answers.
You see my predicament? I don't see any Power User privilege.
