What do you think about the name "Skuander.com" for a blog that makes fun of materialism?

I wanted to poke fun at our materialism and overspending.

I wanted to use the word "Squander" but obviously most english words are already being squatted on.

squander definition

So I replaced the "q" with a "k" since they sound the same. And I coincidentally remembered that "SKU" (Stock Keeping Unit) is used in retail

In the field of inventory management, a stock keeping unit or SKU (/ˌɛsˌkeɪˈjuː/ or /ˈskjuː/) is a distinct item, such as a product or service, as it is offered for sale that embodies all attributes associated with the item and that distinguish it from all other items.

which makes more sense now.

What do you think?

tynamite's avatar It sounds like one of those generic words that don't have any correlation to the product they sell, only this time, it's a made up word. Words like Sony, Motorola, Primark, all made up words.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
