How can we know how advanced is the technology the governments own?

there is any way to know how advanced it is? What are they capable of doing? Considering how advanced is consumer electronics, they must possess amazing technology.

  • Nuclear bombs that only damage living tissue, leaving stuff like buildings intact.
  • Satellite cameras, so accurate, that they can zoom in at precision level to see people's faces, if they lay down on the ground.
  • Visa and Mastercard so they can have information about the world's transactions.
  • Facebook, considered the greatest spying tool ever. As it was funded by people affiliated with the FBI and CIA, they can access your information at any time without any prior notice of a suspected crime. Read the Terms of Service. I know people from the UK who have had their accounts temporarily suspended for receiving too many friend requests or messages.
  • Robots that look exactly like pigeons that can fly too, whose job it is to go into Iraq and other places and spy on them.
  • If you say certain buzzwords on your phone, it will trigger a warning on your phone number, and the FBI will tap into your calls.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?
