If they are interested in everything you have to say, no matter how dumb or unsubstantial it is, that means they are attracted to you. If you can get away with saying anything the most nonsense and trivial things, you are on it.

Just make sure that she's not drunk, otherwise that rule doesn't work.

Girls that fancy people facilitate with them, much more than they correct them. They make an active effort to make sure your path isn't paved with stones, if you slip up - rather than just point out the stones and tell you to work around it. You should only account for this, if the first rule is matched.

Some girls I know are shy, and some leave the most obscure hints expecting you to seek them out after the hint, so I don't always go by blatant body language.
