How does the "Anonymous" hacker group DDOS such a large website such as Mastercard/Visa/Amazon?

tynamite's avatar Amazon cannot be ddos'ed because they are hosted by a Cloud Distributed Network, so they would have to simulatenously hack into hundreds of IP addresses at once and take down other unrelated websites at the same time.

This one teenager on my msn asked me for an unlimited reseller account and I refused. He then ddos'ed me with his botnet and it didn't work as I have ddos protection on my webhost. I asked him if he has a botnet and he said yes. He got people from hacked computers to join his botnet and once they are in his botnet, he can control their computer and make them ddos me. It didn't work. I only had downtime for 3 hours in the whole month, and then the hackers got automatically banned.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?
