On Twitter, if two people send flirtatious tweets to each other, does it mean they are dating?

e.g. "miss you", "thinking of you", "let's have dinner", "you're adorable", "u melt my popsicle", etc.

tynamite's avatar No. It just means that they're bored shitless, so they're doing anything to pass the time.

Twitter is the place, where all the lonely people begging for social interaction hang out. It's like a pressure cooker. When you put loads of these people in a room, they'll do anything for props, and they'll latch onto the few short lived bonds that they get. Emotions heighten, kind gestures are magnified, and this escapism leaves them addicted, though they all silently know that it's not real.

One retweet or flirtatious mention is a salvation, from all the tiring tweeting they've been doing to a brick wall. That's how you socialise on Twitter. What else can you do on it?

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

Compesh is a question and answer (and debate) website, so before you make a debate, you better learn what an assertion is. I suppose you already know what a question is, and that you've typed it in the box. ;)

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?

And don't forget to make your assertion, match your question.
