- They like the extroverted and outspoken nature of Western people, and the confidence and style that they possess in the way they speak to people.
- As White people are more confident, they have more of a chance to exert their personality and presence onto others. Power and personality are directly correlated, as power enhances your personality. And how do you get that? Through confidence.
