People who are so retarded that they cannot complete one add one, or express how they feel, should be killed. They have no place living, as one day they are going to be 40, and not be able to fend for themselves. It's better to save them the suffering, abuse, or burden they cause for us humans.

There are many mentally impaired people that will do nothing with their lives, elderly people who stay in their homes waiting for death, prisoners who will never be released, comatose who have no hope, etc.
