Why doesn't Facebook like PHP?

Facebook would love to convert their PHP code into some other coding language, if they had the chance. Because of the time involved in converting the code, they instead use Hiptop, which compiles PHP into C++.

What's an assertion, and what should I type in?

An assertion, is basically a statement you can make, that is either true or false.

Richer people have better health.

The question for that would be, Do richer people have better health?
